There r different types of crazy. I think Patsy is just saying she’s crazy in a bad way for putting up with his destructive ways

Oh absolutely agree with both of you! And nobody should have to put up with any destructive BS trash from anyone especially in supposed loving relationships! People can be crazy though now can’t they Keza, I mean heck I admit I act it sometimes, but the operative word there is ACT, I did some of that here and there professionally but in life too because you know the games people play and all that malarkey, and I had to play a bit to stay in the right grove with certain people or to maintain safety! Now I don’t have to do any such thing, and just be who the hell I am and if someone doesn’t like it they can go smoke some cardboard or something! I really wouldn’t want anyone to do that now on my account at all, but see I play a bit too, in this case just to have fun with you! Did you just laugh, good, because I did too and still am; see I even know how to laugh at myself when by myself, and what can be the harm in it? Never mind, that could be a tough answer to have to swallow, like for example no checks and balances that way and one could go slaphappy and not even know it! I just got the image of a mountain man been up in them thaw hills too long! Talking to all thaw animals can only take one so far! After that its trees and stones! Sticks and stones will break my bones but at least not my heart! hahahahahahaha!!!!🤪
Catchya Latay! 🤪 I just pictured Jim Carey saying that and making one of those insanely funny but stupid faces! Didn’t he spend some time in the mountains or grew up near them, I know he was from Canada! 🤪

Yes he was from Canada. I met him in Detriout at a comedy club b4 he got really popular. He was so funny. And ur a great sport Lawerence😜 I almost went to the same broadcasting school that he went to
I would be having a totally different life of radio and voice overs. See I 4got about the heartache already 🤣

You’re a good sport too! Happy to hear the heartache is flying away🤣 mother always did say laughter is good medicine! Hey, awesome Dawson! So interesting that you met Jim who popped into my head for some reason mainly thinking goofy funny character; and I pictured him in my head being a clown. I was accepted to a prestigious theater arts school but I got started and split that scene to end up in Cali and away from performing, wanting to be a photographer/filmmaker/director so I could put my own projects together, but still torn with the idea of working as an actor; then life got in the way and I sort of thought maybe it’s all not really me and quiet, simple might be the right mix! Now I realized in recent years that the really right fit would actually have been what you were after the voice over artist and radio DJ/talk show host! I was always told from a young age that I had a good radio voice and then I did love becoming characters and impersonating some from cartoons and then movie stars. Now if I had really used my head that would have been the focus right out of high school then I could have made a sweet fun career at least knowing what I know now and so on. Although, sometimes things happen for a good reason and the other thing wasn’t meant to be. That whole industry has many pitfalls and quagmires that too many folks get trapped or tapped in! I think it has to be a combination of all the right ingredients at the right time and the right person to make it a top rate good thing, otherwise you know the numbers ratio of how many actors actually have a solid career, by the number of SAG members versus how many actually work on a regular basis. As dad always said that is a damn tough nut to crack! And even if you do make it happen, there are few guarantees if any, so the bottom can fall out anytime. Dad during his working days had always been a union man and I got involved in a couple of them over the years too, which usually pays off eventually; with some sort of pension when age and years vested click. We working folk don’t have too many sweet deals all those highfalutin politicians like Biden and so many others that make a career out of ripping off the public and getting more crooked along the way. Public servant jobs that make them millionaires and billionaires so how can that be if not crooked and nefarious as they go! I think they should get no more than our military service members get for pay and pension if they want to spend 20 to 30 years serving, not stealing! But it’s all about getting in on the gravy train and rich!
Keza, get one of the Jim Carey films and have a blast laughing and eating popcorn and so on! Things will keep looking up, just remember things happen for a reason and the things we thought didn’t work out right did so for a good reason, operative word, GOOD!
Hit me up some-more and see if I’m still being a good sport, lmao! 🤣 😜

You’re right he did. I don’t recall the name of the song, but I think Willie also had a big one with Elvis, too. Have you ever heard Willie’s reggae duet with Toots Hibbert singing, “Still is still moving to me”?

Last couple years I’ve really grown to appreciate Waylon. Sturgill Simpson is a contemporary country artist with a sound a little similar to Waylon. Check out “Turtles All The Way Down” on YouTube. Not your old school country crooner.

I would say yes dear friend. I dont live in TO anymore and I have smoked for too many years, so my voice just isnt as perky as it was. I once had a DJ from Q107 back in time, that delivered me some concert tickets just to meet the “chick with the voice”. True story

Oh almost forgot, I always thought she was one of the best of her era and style of music, and so touching a voice that Patsy had. One of my uncles used to be very musically talented man playing a few instruments and he loved her which opened me up to many highly talented artists, her being one of them along with many others going back through the years; because when me and my cousin would be around playing together on weekends at their house there would be folks around either playing instruments or listening to the music of the top artists of all times. My mother was trained as a classical soprano and she was in on all that too!

One lady I had met more recently on here who is a nice Christian woman and married was fine until she wanted to micro-manage my commenting saying, could you just keep them a bit shorter because other people are saying things??? What the hell was that? I said no worries the issue is resolved I won’t be sending any comments! I mean that was weird, because all I commented on was spiritual matters and my interpretation of such things or events basically relating to her blog? I think she just didn’t like that I have a lot to say! And I bet she just felt slighted when I had decent comments that filled up space on her short tiny ones that she made! Kind of a complimentary thing in my eyes but, oh well! We all; have our insecurities; so I do wish her well! 😀

You’re having a good day I hope! Faith saves all! 🙏 I like how sweet Mother Teresa said “one day at a time,” she who handled up close and personal the most horrifically sick, destitute and hopeless citizens, rejected and dying in the gutter, as she told one who said nobody cares and I’m dying why do you help me? She retorted, that may be so but Jesus cares and You deserve to die with dignity! I may be off on a couple of words but that was the true intent of her work which had to be inspired by God! Amazing when we think about such things; how it puts our own problems into perspective and makes us able to clearly see all the blessings we have each day! It’s not always easy to do, but the blessings are always there regardless of how we falter. 💙 🙏

That’s exactly what I do….” one day at a time”….as it is all I can do. I always say ” life isn’t a dress rehearsal so what r u waiting for”

Hey there you go, I like that “not a dress rehearsal” and it is simple, that we have no choice but to take it one day at a time, but like dad always told us growing up; life is simple but people like to try and complicate it! You know the old adage about why worry about tomorrow because it may not come, or what if we worry about something happening and it does, did the worry stop it, or this part I like a lot, if it doesn’t happen that worrying was wasted time and energy! You know KISS right? Not the wild band; but like an old timer had told me that I worked with, “Lawrence, just remember to KISS each day; Keep it Simple Stupid!” He was right because I did complicate my own life a couple of times and you know how three strikes and you’re out in baseball, eh, well I don’t want to find out if it applies to life in general! Anyway, anyone who makes the same mistake three times has to be stupid or a real sucker for punishment! I think it’s a blessing to even have one chance to mess up, some things or animals out in the wild don’t get one, they just get taken down. It’s a brutal world out there Keza, but a beautiful one too, so why not hack it out and see what happens I always say! It is interesting isn’t it!

Atm I don’t really have a care for anything. Sorry if that sounds hard done by. With the 3 strikes ur out thing I made a big mistake 1x and never did it again….sometimes things look one way but they r another. So I’m not too sure on that one. I like that…kiss 😂

Hi Keza! That all looks good because we all make those mistakes I was just saying repeating them is a sad time! You did well whatever it was to just do it 1x!
Absolutely things look one way and turn out to be way different sometimes or maybe a little bit, point is you can’t judge a book by its cover good Lady!
        Kiss back! 😂
And because all this is true too; things aren’t always what they appear to be it’s always best to take time and discern, get to know the facts and hidden or not easily recognizable traits of a person, thing or situation! And like mom was always saying; “the proof is in the pudding,” I reckon, time will tell as we learn about a person or anything for that matter as much and as well as we can. I found out today that this dilemma of the pandemic can also make a person overly paranoid causing him or her to shut out the world around them too much. Talking to a sister earlier today I found she was overly worried about this Pandemic and I assured her the bookie man isn’t coming to get us all, and that there are much worse scenarios we could worry about, it’s just that the MSM rubs uncertainty and fear in the public’s faces while usually promoting a hidden agenda.
If you have time now check out the short Blog Post I just did it will hopefully give you a laugh and maybe some fun entertainment!
